Safe online shopping
Verified by Visa / Mastercard. There are many who are concerned about security when ordering goods over the internet . This is especially true when trying to pay by credit card. Therefore we use Dibs, which is a secure online payment solution for Visa and MasterCard. With Dibs cardholders have the same guarantees and the same security as in the physical world. There is no storage of card numbers on the web or in our online store. All information about you as a customer is encrypted in our database and kept confidential. We do not have access to and do not keep your card number. None other than trusted employees at OneFoot AS has access to information about you as a customer. When registering or shopping we store the following information:
First and Last Name
Your e – mail ( will never be given out / sold not on! )
IP address of the machine you use for registration and booking .
Which goods you have bought
If paying by Visa and MasterCard , the amount you are shopping for is reserved on your account. We will not charge your account/card before the product is shipped to you. The reservation is automatically canceled if the order is not delivered or is canceled. This normally takes between 3 – 7 days.
Cancellation of orders
If you completely or partially wish to cancel your order, you must notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This must happen before the order is picked . Please enter your order number for fast processing of your request.
14 day right of cancellation
You have a 14 day unconditional right to return your product. According to norwegian law the consumer can cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after the item is received and the information required by the Cancellation Act Chapter 3 is received in the prescribed manner. The deadline expires no matter no later than 3 months after receipt of the goods, or one year if information about the cancellation right is not provided. You do not lose the right of cancellation by opening the product, as long as the item can be returned in the same condition and quantity as recieved. Please note that you need to cover return costs if you want to switch to another product or get your money back. If you wish to return/exchange a product that is damaged/defective, we would appreciate if you advise us by email to email@example.com before you send the item in return. All orders are dispatched consecutively , and items that are in stock will normally be shipped within 3 business days. We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.
Incorrect pricing and product
We reserve the right in posted errors in sold out products, price changes, erroneous price information and other inaccuracies in information contained in our advertising and on www.onefoot.no. If it turns out that an item you have ordered from us is incorrect priced or has errors in it’s description please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org
